These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of artworks created by Isabelle Mattei via the website isabellemattei.art.

1. Nature of the Products

The artworks offered for sale are original, unique, hand-made pieces. Each art card or painting is an original creation and is not reproduced.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included. Shipping costs are specified at the time of order. Isabelle Mattei reserves the right to modify prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

3. Orders

Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. An order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

4. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. No order will be shipped without prior receipt of payment.

5. Delivery

The artworks are carefully packaged, shipped flat and protected. Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the destination. Isabelle Mattei cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to transport services.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, original and personalized artworks do not benefit from the right of withdrawal. All sales are therefore considered final and binding.

7. Liability

Isabelle Mattei shall not be held liable for indirect damages related to the use of the website or the delivery of the artworks.

8. Intellectual Property

All artworks presented on the website remain the exclusive intellectual property of their author. Any reproduction or distribution without authorization is strictly prohibited.
